Service scope
MusicClear AI provides software-assisted music clearance screening, documentation, workflow, and risk analysis tools. The service does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or a guarantee that any platform, rightsholder, advertiser, or court will accept a use of music.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the files they upload, the accuracy of source and license information they provide, and the final decision to publish, monetize, advertise, or distribute content. Users must not upload content they are not authorized to process or use the service for unlawful activity.
Payment and access
Paid plans are processed through NOWPayments where available. Access may begin after payment creation or confirmation depending on the payment method and fraud controls. Prices, plan limits, and features may change for future billing periods.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund requests should be sent to support@aigeamy.com. We review requests in good faith and in line with applicable law, payment-provider rules, abuse controls, and actual service usage. Fees for used scans, completed digital services, chargeback costs, blockchain network fees, or clearly consumed account value may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to bypass service limits, reverse engineer the service, attack infrastructure, upload malware, submit illegal material, infringe others' rights, or use results to misrepresent ownership or clearance status.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. Music clearance decisions involve third-party platforms, rightsholders, and changing rules outside our control. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
