Information we process

MusicClear AI may process account contact details, checkout metadata, support messages, site analytics, and files or text that users submit for music clearance workflows. We use this information to provide the service, maintain security, process payments, answer support requests, and improve product reliability.

Audio and project material

Submitted audio and project notes are handled as user content. Users should only upload material they are authorized to assess. We do not sell user audio files. We may retain operational records needed to provide scan history, troubleshoot abuse, comply with law, or enforce our terms.

Payments

Payments are processed by NOWPayments or other listed payment providers. We do not store full payment credentials. Payment providers may process wallet, invoice, transaction, and compliance information under their own policies.

Analytics and security

We collect limited first-party analytics such as page views, button clicks, session identifiers, browser context, referral details, and checkout events. We use this to understand product usage, detect failures, prevent abuse, and improve conversion paths.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed for hosting, payments, analytics, security, support, and legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer.
